杭星铜管厂从1995年成立以来，已生产高效内螺纹铜管，高清洁度空调制冷用铜管产品为主，现生产工艺采用目前国际为先进，成熟的水平连铸－行星轧制－三串联拉－盘管拉伸－光亮在线退火－大盘重内螺纹管成型－高清洁度光亮持续退火等七道严格的工艺，该ＡＣＲ铜管生产工艺可根据用户特殊要求生产单盘重不大于450KG的内螺纹ＬＷＣ制品，整个生产线以ＬＷＣ制品为主，年产7000T内螺纹铜管5000T光管！
